| Following the failure of Mayor Sun Rikuto to co-operate with the National Police Department in their efforts to deal with the Kanpa crime syndicate, we demand that all policing responsibilities in the City of Comares be removed from city authorities and handed over to the National Police Department. We are not helpless and in need of forced assistance.
