MessageWe believe that national and local highway systems work best for our people. While the national government looks over the national systems, it provides some relief in that local governments look over local systems, insuring adequate infrastructure, without stretching ourselves too thin.

MessageNational highways and local highways if organized by different bodies will have too much potential conflict of interest and reduce efficiency. There should be central planning office so that these 2 forms highways are properly synchronised.

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".

Random quote: "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." - Aristotle
