Message | Impostion of Curfews is a grave invasion of civil liberties. When a person wishes to be out on the streets of a nation, that is in all aspects that persons nation, should be allowed so long as that person is causing no harm to any other person. If that person is causing harm, (or attempting to), then other laws can be utilised. Curfews are a tool used by oppressive regimes that we hope will not be allowed to surface in Hutori! |

Message | With crime on an increase this simple law allows us to ensure that these crimes take place during the day...which makes it easier to see, and hopefully catch the perpatrator. |

Message | The crime rate at night has never been worse than during the day in Hutori since 2100, in fact sometimes less so at night than during day. |

Message | Yes that is true...but how would you combat daytime problems...you cant enforce a daytime curfew. But we can stop the night problems...besides the current law makes it to where the local governments have the say and we the National Government has no stance on the issue. If the local government decides they want one...ok thats up to them, if they dont want it...ok, thats up to them. |

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval. |
