| The Zardic 2nd and 5th Armies are hereby deployed to the Coburan border and are to invade and conduct military operations against Cobura. The 4th and 6th Carrier groups are ordered to blockade the coast and launch sorties against Coburan positions. The Zardic Air Force shall deploy the necessary fighter and bomber groups to hit targets of strategic importance. Full military operations against Cobura are authorized.
