Bill: Restoration of Executive Power of the Justice Minister - 3569
Details
Submitted by[?]: Great National Republican Guard
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3569
Description[?]:
The current law states that appeals may be made, but the bill that was passed didn't specify who would be responsible for handling appeals. The office of the Justice Minister was stripped of its power, and we proposed to have such power restored. The Justice Minister is appointed by the Presidium, so we shouldn't have to worry about who the Justice Minister is. We can install or replace one any time we want to. The Justice Ministry is something that we, member of the Presidium, decide who is in charge. |
