Message | Herr Präsident, Here I disagree with Herr Wintersfeld. Implementing this bill would unbalance the collective bargaining system that has moderated trade unions and employers throughout the history of this country and served so well, because it would give the employers extra leverage. We've legislated so that the trade unions cannot strike unless it is absolutely clear that a vital interest is at stake and the members are behind it, so that they are truly representative. We should ask the same of businesses - to negotiate, not to resort to unilateral action that might disrupt our economic well-being. die sehr ehrenwerte Frau Anne Nishimura (HDV, Labsburg Sankt Martinus) Wirtschaftsministerin |
