Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3573

Description[?]:

Herr Präsident,

government should stay out of industrial relations as much as possible. There is no reason why some bureucrat ought to nanny employers in dealing with arbitrary striking.

MessageHerr Präsident,

Here I disagree with Herr Wintersfeld. Implementing this bill would unbalance the collective bargaining system that has moderated trade unions and employers throughout the history of this country and served so well, because it would give the employers extra leverage. We've legislated so that the trade unions cannot strike unless it is absolutely clear that a vital interest is at stake and the members are behind it, so that they are truly representative. We should ask the same of businesses - to negotiate, not to resort to unilateral action that might disrupt our economic well-being.

Even I would not have expected the HSP to act so blatantly pro-capital...
