Description[?]:

1. The assistance mission to Cobura shall be named the Zardic Coburan Recovery Administration (ZACRA) and shall co-ordinate aid and inter-governmental issues between the two nations to provide for a full and proper recovery of Cobura. 1 billion ZAR a year for 20 years will be sent to Cobura to recover and the money shall be used for infrastructure re-construction and increasing security.
2. The assistance mission to Jakania shall be known as the Zardic Jakanian Military Assistance Mission (ZAJMAM) and shall be responsible for coordinating aid and actions between our two states.
3. Given the unique challenges presented in Jakania a force of 200,000 Zardic peacekeepers and 45,000 Coburan peacekeepers is deployed to police Jakania until the Jakanian Armed Forces and security services can be fully rehabilitated to take control of the country.
4. To repair infrastructure in Jakania Zardugal shall send 5 billion ZAR annually for 15 years to rebuild roads, railways, airports, seaports and other forms of physical infrastructure.
5. Combined with a generous 5 billion ZAR fund from the Royal Family the Government shall send 5 billion ZAR a year for 15 years to Jakania to rebuild the public health sector and education sector of Jakania. Money is slated for new schools, hospitals, colleges and other necessary projects to rehabilitate Jakania.
