MessageI would say wait, until after the new cabinet is formed. My party would, as we supply the minister of finance, propose a new tax system (tax cuts) and better utilisation of our funds. Just wait a bit

MessageWe are glad to see a reduction in the size of the tax burden for the people, we are still taking in more than we spend. A further reduction in taxes should be on the order.

MessageA 30000000000 BEL reduction in taxes would put us at a mere less than 20 Bln surplus.
We would support a tax break proposal definitely, provided all tax groups are well represented and given fair tax breaks, and the total surplus revenue we have still remains healthy (at least 30 Bln).
It's taken us a long time to have a revenue surplus after long centuries of debts. It's time to enjoy the benefits now, so tax breaks are necessary but still maintain a healthy surplus.
OCL, please consider our suggestion in this regard.

MessageThis is too dramatic. See our proposal bill which will only make a small cut. Dramatic cuts won't lead to any good

MessageWe just find that when a government takes in far more than it spends will find a way to spend it and usually in a wasteful manner. We believe Beluzians would be better stewards of their money. Even if they spend it in a wasteful manner, they are getting something out of it. We will support any bill that gives more money back to the people, we just would rather it be far more money and coupled with reductions in government spending.

MessageWe support this based on the simple fact that it provides some tax relief though we believe it does not go far enough.

MessageWe want a reduction in government spending before we can agree on reducing taxes...even if it is the same proposal put up again, we would support it, but only after an exclusive budget reduction is carried out. I ask the RDNP and the present Finance minister Christopher Michael (BCL) to consider this first; We can't overreach like this on our economic situation that looks pretty healthy already.

MessageIt feels that we are already coming short on some bills, 15 bill (BEL) for a surplus, it's feeled from the BCL that we shouldn't force more surplus, but impose any tax on corporations or luxury goods? People deserve tax breaks and the government to stop breathing down they're necks. But we need to be economically strong. Say we cut taxes for people, what then when the surplus goes down? (I'm just trying to assert how important those questions are). It's fine as long as it won't hurt the economy.

MessageSo yes, I'd hope we see the new government spending before tax breaks.
