MessageWe see no advantages to any of these proposals. Number one will cripple our expanding tourist industry as written, but we could support something similar if the regulations were further explained. Number two seems that it would place nationality of prospective immigrants above the individual qualifications, which we cannot see the logic to. Number 3 seems a meaningless restriction which would only prompt retaliatory legislation elsewhere against our citizens.
