Message | I can see no merit in this proposal. If this goes through, it means we let unlimited and unchecked logging and all other activities that will destroy our nature that is already so fragile. Nothing that we do must be, beyond a limit, at the sake of the nature we live in. How can we promote such an unsustainable lifestyle which will have only detrimental impacts always, even in the long run, irrespective of how short-lived this proposal could be? |

Message | This is short term boost for industries. Besides, if we deforest now, we can also reforest soon and reshape the eco system which can be controlable profitable and to our liking. |

Message | Why wait until years of reforestation when we do not even need to deforest. Our forests are rich now, and so are our logging contractors, public or private. This comes at a very wrong time. |

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play". |
