Description[?]:
Jelbania shall adopt the principle of laicism in its relations with religion. State institutions shall be free from the dominance of religious thought, fighting against all religious forces opposing modernization and democracy. As religious symbols in Jelbania distinguish citizens on the basis of social rank, gender, and profession, thus going against the principle of full citizen equality in front of the law, the use of religious symbols outside places of worship shall be strictly forbidden. |
