Ensuring forests are for all people, and that people living near them have a say in commercial activities. Enhancing devolution of powers and liberalization of forest management to the society through the commercial companies and private parties that own forest pieces. This way, the government provides a better say for the communities living in forest proximities in matters of forestry as also ensuring commercial interests of companies are not lost, to the extents without affecting the forest resources.
