An Act to promulgate public holidays to be celebrated throughout Hutori. All holidays celebrated prior to the passage of this act are hereby abolished, to be replaced by the holidays laid out in the legislative text. The Presidium of the People shall have the power to amend this act as it deems fit. ----- JANUARY 1 NEW YEARS' DAY MAY 1 WORKERS DAY MAY 2 SOLDIERS DAY MAY 3 FAMILY DAY MAY 4 FOUNDERS DAY MAY 5 CONSTITUTION DAY MAY 6 SOCIALISM DAY MAY 7 LEADERS DAY The seven holidays proclaimed in the first week of May shall be known as RED WEEK. Officers of the state and the people shall join Party and Military officials in celebrating the greatness of Hutorian socialism in this week and shall provide for the necessary public entertainment and festivities that are expected of a Socialist nation. AUGUST 1 GRAND MAKON DAY NOVEMBER 1 MEMORIAL DAY DECEMBER 31 NEW YEARS' EVE It is so ordered.
