Bill: Budget Adjustment - 3587

Details

Submitted by[?]: Great National Republican Guard

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 3587

Description[?]:

Considering that:
- Judiciary duties have been given to the Office of the President,
- Our laws state that we have no courts (therefore we are wasting our money by pretending to fund them);

The NRG proposes that:
- We increase the amount of funds allocated to the Office of the President,
- We reduce the amount of funds allocated to the Justice Ministry,
- We keep the Justice Ministry funded to allow the Supreme Court to act on the President's behalf when necessary
- We keep the Justice Ministry funded to oversee the Office of the President,
- We keep the Justice Ministry funded to have legal aids for the Office of the President,
- We keep the Justice Ministry funded to keep some power in the hands of the Justice Minister,
- We pass this bill.
