Bill: Income tax proposal of August 3588
Details
Submitted by[?]: Encarta Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3589
Description[?]:
Here is the taxation bill to accompany the new spending bill. We have slashed taxes another full percent, except for the bottom bracket which received a two percent cut. We hope this added percent helps the lower class save up enough funds to move up the economic ladder, thereby presenting us with more cost cutting in the future, without the result of fewer services. |

Random fact: Particracy allows you to establish an unelected head of state like a monarch or a president-for-life, but doing this is a bit of a process. First elect a candidate with the name "." to the Head of State position. Then change your law on the "Structure of the executive branch" to "The head of state is hereditary and symbolic; the head of government chairs the cabinet" and change the "formal title of the head of state" to how you want the new head of state's title and name to appear (eg. King Percy XVI). |
