This is the third ratification of the Law of the Sea in Luthori history. While we are a proud nation, we are not above international law, and our considerable overseas connections would be greatly assisted were we to comply by international law on this subject. I do hope all members of this House will readily grasp the considerable advantage to Luthori in ratifying this treaty.
