| A formal declearation of alliance between the nation of Hutori and the nation of Jakania. The Alliance hereby States: -Both Nations are not bound to each others laws and or regulations -Nations will be independent of each other -Shall either nation enter into a conflict, so long as they are not the agressors, the other nation will provide support. Via medical, goods, and troops. -Both Nations are open for free trade -Upon both sides acceptence of this bill the Alliance will be in effect -Either nation may propose a bill to terminate the Alliance at any time, and it will be voted on within that nation. -Embassies will be set up in both nations for the other. |

Remove the commitment to militart aid and we may mbe more amenable to this proposal. It would also have been nice to be consulted while you were negotiating on OUR behalf! |

| Message | My loyalities lay with the people, This proposal offers protection between ourselves and Jakania in both economics and military. The alliance even says...if they are not the agressor, which means if they are attacked and seek aid...we would be able to give so in Medical Aid, Supplies, and Troops. If they are the agressor...the Alliance does not require us to participate. |
