MessageArticles 4 and 6 take away people's rights. Why are you attempting to remove the Head of State's powers?

Message4 does not take away rights it allow councils of the people to make their local laws instead of some government appointee. This is not Rome people.

MessageArticle 1 is to keep one party from having complete control over the reprsentatives for at the moment there is no way to remove certain individuals from office and this will hopefully fix that as to Article six this is done for one reason and one reason only to keep parties from focusing only on the slightly larger contingent of voters therefore catering to their electorate and ignoring the rest of the country this is to make it equal footing and to keep the parties focused on the whole of the people instead of catering to a region with a slightly larger electorate.

MessageHow can you improve democracy when you are giving smaller populations as much voting power as the more heavily populated areas? You are basically discarding votes.
