| The Ministry of Defense has recommended to the Armed Forces Committee of the People's Council the following structure on the Armed Forces of the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara. Article I - Official name Section 1 - The official name of the military of Al'Badara will be the Armed Forces of Al'Badara; Section 2 - The use of the term Al'Badaran Armed Forces is permitted to be used interchangeably with the Armed Forces of Al'Badara Article II - Administration of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara Section 1 - The President of the Majatran Republic of Al'Badara will serve as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara; Section 2 - The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara has their responsibilities outlined in the Law on the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara; Section 3 - The Minister of Defense is the civilian government official in charge of the policy and administration of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara, the Minister of Defense is a member of the Council of Ministers and serves on the State Security and Defense Council; Section 4 - The Chief of Staff of the General Directorate of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara is appointed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara with the consultation of the Minister of Defense and the State Security and Defense Council; Section 5 - The Chief of Staff of the General Directorate of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara is the highest officer in the Armed Forces of Al'Badara and shall be automatically promoted to the rank of Field Marshal of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara, the Chief of Staff of the General Directorate of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara as well as the General Directorate of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara is responsible for the overall constant administration of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara. Article III - Directorates of the General Directorate of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara Article IV - Branches of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara Section 1 - The branches of the Armed Forces of Al'Badara are as follows: -- Al'Badaran Majatran Army -- Al'Badaran Majatran Navy -- Al'Badaran Majatran Air Defense and Air Force; |
