| Madame Speaker, Chemical and biological weapons are an evil thing. Zardugal should FORBID the production of chemical and biological weapons, DISMANTLE any chemical and biological weapon manufactories in the nation, DESTROY any remaining chemical and biological weapon stockpiles, DECOMMISSION and DISMANTLE all research facilities, and destroy any vaccines and delivery devices in the nation. All research or development of biological weapons or defense shall be immediately HALTED and any existing data be DESTROYED BEYOND RECOVERY. Zardic scientists who have been involved in the weapons program should be ARRESTED by the police and EXILED from our nation along with their families, for the next five generations of their bloodlines.
