| Madame Speaker, Despite Beiteynu's recent extension of citizenship to the world Yeudim, there is still a particular class of Yeudi most outrageously oppressed in all nations, even by Beitenyu themselves. I shall, for the sake of clarity, refer to them as the "No-Income Billionaire-Lifestyle Yeudi". Throughout the world, these Yeudi ; who have no income and no means of providing for themselves and their families, are unjustly maligned and investigated simply because they try to enjoy the finer things in life, like beachside mansions, solid-gold Ferraris and supermodel girlfriends. Even in Beitenyu they fall under constant police scrutiny and are accused of all manner of unseemly crimes, all the while their ferret-faced little taxmen try to squeeze and grasp every last BEI for the nation coffers. We propose that Zardugal open her welcoming arms to these, the most displaced of all the world's Yeudim. We should grant them safety and sanctuary, away from the prying eyes of the suspicious Beiteynese Anti-Drug Taskforce, and treat them as innocent in the face of Beitenyu's politically-motivated unjust allegations. We should shelter their financial details, and guarantee them the right to persue life, liberty and happiness without police harrassment. Only then can we show the world that it is Zardugal who cares about the most universally oppressed and unfortunate souls in Terra.
