Description[?]:
Madame Speaker, Today I met some lovely Deltarian gentlemen in a cafe in the embassy district. They even paid for my lunch, and we became fast friends. They mentioned that their "brotherhood" is interesting in purchasing nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. Since all of ours are already earmarked for destruction, perhaps we could make a little governmental spending money from our commitment to global peace and nuclear disarmament? And don't worry, I did have concerns that they might be spies, so I made sure to ask if they were working for the Deltarian government. They said "not exactly" and laughed ominously while twirling their waxed moustaches. Turns out they're just members of a globalisation movement. A "Terra-ist organisation", as they put it. They seem like really great guys. I propose we sell them three high-yield nuclear warheads and twelve crates of Wheat Blast. They're also interested in weaponised smallpox. Do we have any smallpox left? I told them we had lots of smallpox vaccine yet to be destroyed, but they didn't seem interested. Balthazar Aranzi Member of Federal Parliament, BZP |

Message | Madame Speaker, Establishing economic ties with Deltaria will prove our new commitment to peace and democracy. We certainly do not need out weapons of mass destruction, while the Deltarians are probably eager to have some in their possession Konstantino Filokseno |

Message | Nothing could be more irresponsible than to sell weapons of mass destruction to Deltaria, a country with a record of political instability and unpredictability - and which also happens to be our nextdoor neighbour! Mrs. Bakisto Chairwoman of the Pensiuloj Alianco OOC: If you check out our economy page (see http://classic.particracy.net/budget.php?nationid=46 ) you'll see Zardugal actually has a massive budget surplus at the moment - not a deficit). OOCly and ICly it is my strong view that we need to raise government spending to a realistically high level. |

Message | Mrs Bakisto, These gentlemen assured me that they do not work for Deltaria. They seem like lovely chaps ; they even paid for my lunch. If we can't trust trenchcoated mustachioed strangers met in a downmarket Jelbek cafe, who CAN we trust? Balthazar Aranzi Member of Federal Parliament, BZP |

Message | Madame Speaker, The Honourable Gentleman is naive. The people he has been talking to either want WMD for Deltaria or - worse - for a terrorist organisation. There are many proper ways for Zards to make money, but this is not one of them! Mrs. Bakisto Chairwoman of the Pensiuloj Alianco |

Message | Madame Speaker, We must eliminate our WMDs, and whoever buys them, is not our concern. Miĥaelo Ksantopo, Member of Federal Parliament, PdL |
