Bill: Compromise Budget

Details

Submitted by[?]: Pensiuloj Alianco

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3594

Description[?]:

The budget proposed here is smaller than we would like it to be, and smaller than the one just proposed by the ZPP, but I hope parties can put aside their differences, compromise and support it. It is absolutely vital that we get the government working again. Otherwise we will be faced with lawlessness, social breakdown and mass poverty.

Mrs. Bakisto
Chairwoman of the Pensiuloj Alianco

MessageOOC ; I explained this to PA already but just want to let everyone else know, I consider non-Finance Ministers proposing budgets to be an exploit of a broken game mechanic so I can't support this (although I would otherwise). I will support a measure proposed to get the awful PL out of cabinet though (I would like Justice Ministry so I can release my party founder).

MessageOOC: Following the Mod ruling, I hope the parties who did not support this will consider supporting it now. We need to fix the budget.

Random fact: Voters have an extra appreciation for bills that actually get passed, so if you want to maximally take profit from your votes, make sure you compromise with others.
