Description[?]:
In order to guarantee the ecological soundness of forestry within the Republic, whilst also accepting the economic incentives inherent in the felling and production of wood based produce, the Government will introduce the National Forestry Agency (NFA) to operate alongside private forestry businesses in order to grow, cultivate and fell wood across the Country. The NFA's primary function is to assist in the maintenance of forestry in areas that large scale felling could cause environmental damage whilst also allowing Private industry the permits to fell trees for economic necessity. |

Message | The original bill gives the local governments the choice of where to permit logigng; all other places are banned. This means we have control over where to allow logging and the ability to ban it for environmental reasons. It should also be noted that all felling must be accompanied by an equal level of replantation reducing the possible environmental harm. |
