| Hope everyone is doing well and glad to see the monarchy and proper culture of Luthori to be restored. I have been formulating this RP for a while and I believe it will fit perfectly with what has been going on in Luthori over the last century. Phase 1: Counter-Revolution/Inquisition and the Conservative Resurgence: The period of the Republic should be wiped clean from any living memory of any Luthorian. I am talking about purges, the crushing of the Liberal forces and the reestablishment of strict control over the colonies. The Aristocracy would ruling classes would have blamed the revolution on the liberal forces that had taken over the Imperial Court under Philip IV. As such, the restorers would be natural more conservative. Add on the desire to wipe out any threats they would be pressing towards Social Darwinism at times. This will play into the following Phase, but I believe will create a rebirth of Luthori's conservative and superior slanted culture. Phase 2: Luthori Superiority The era of colonial self rule is almost effectively ended. The names are stripped and they are simply refereed to as Colony 1, Colony 2, &ect. (or something like that). We begin pushing the view that Luthori and the Luthorians are superior to other ethnicities in Terra. With our brothers and sisters in Alduria, Mordusia, and Hulstria as second place, but not quite as good as us. Everyone else is weak and feeble. Again we really begin to emphasis the characteristic of Social Darwinism. (in case anyone that does not know me is wondering I am in RL a moderate democrat, but this is RP so why not go for the fun. haha). Phase 3: Neo Empire Time for us to take the crusade to Terra, If they will not join us then they will be forced to kneel before us as vassals. Still in development, but by this point should have brought back some of the shine in the RP world to bring this game alive again. All in all this will be a very long RP, and will require us to work a bit. However, I believe this is what this game needs most right now. An RP that is established in good foundations (a rich culture like Luthori's supplies this), that is run by players who are reasonable and know how to RP (Fred and Bishop you two are veterans of this I know), and is in the end a fun event. For some inspiration, because it is where we even got our slogan of "Hail Luthori!!!" I have attached a speech that I would say we use sometime in Phase 2. | Message | OOC: That works. In theory your party would be outlawed anyway with many of its members being arrested and executed. I would recommend fleeing to the colonies (well some of them). Some are very monarchist, while others are not, but to make a long story short, that would be a great tie to moving into Phase 2. Luthori has never been a republic nation. That disaster was nothing but a bunch of goons basically nation raiding. She is not called the "Mother of Monarchs" for nothing. This recent event would have pushed the Nobles for revenge. While I cannot say you would not find some support from the commoners in the homeland, it would be minimum at best. The colonies is where you would have a better chance. |
