Section 1. The Division of Constitutional Affairs is created in the Justice Ministry and shall be headed by the Deputy Justice Minister for that area.
Section 2. The Division of Paramilitary Affairs is hereby created in the Ministry of Internal Affairs to deal with the regulation and tracking of paramilitary and other militia groups.
Section 3. The Bureau of Customs and Finance is hereby created in the Ministry of Finance to run the collection of taxes and revenues for the government. It will be headed by the Deputy Finance Minister for the area.
