Bill: Delicensing Alcohol
Details
Submitted by[?]: Democratic-Republican Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2163
Description[?]:
Alcohol sale should not have required licensing, as they will just be sold illegally by privates if we do not legalize it, and this will cause a rise in organized crime. Therefore, we propose the non-regulation of alcohol sale, with the exception that only adults may purchase and consume it. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Government policy towards alcoholic beverages.
Old value:: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults.
Current: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults.
Proposed: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased and consumed anywhere, but only by adults.

Message | Against the current legislation, which has just passed already allows open and free sales so this bill, (and the current stance listed) are in error. |

Message | Ignore my last, however we are still against this as it increases restrictions. |
