Furthering the National Democratic Revolution! ARTICLE 1: Citizens who are incarcerated will have lost their suffrage until they have served their debt to society. ARTICLE II: The Government shall henceforth establish the National Democratic Network which shall broadcast original content about Hobrazian history, lessons in civics, and patriotic values. ARTICLE III: The Government shall the National Democratic Protection Squadron,a.k.a. "Blue Shirts," as the main policing body. All members of the NDPS must swear an oath of loyalty to the Hobrazian state, the Supreme Commander, and the National Democratic Revolution. They shall answer directly to the Minister of Justice and will be issued military-grade weaponry. ARTICLE IV: Torture shall be permitted under circumstances where information may save lives that are in imminent risk. ARTICLE V: All students must recite the national anthem before every school day, accompanied by a salute. |
