Message | Mr. Speaker, The funny thing about this is that it is still mandatory for all citizens to follow Lodamese Nationalism exclusively. Also, no other religions have ground in Lodamun from which to promote themselves. If this bill passes, some immigrants will just go out into the road preaching their foreign religion and end up being executed for revealing that they don't believe in Lodamese Nationalism. It is a law that encourages citizens to break other laws, without protecting them from the consequences of breaking those other laws. -- Kurt Norstavan, Justice Minister |

Message | The NRM will soon take steps to ensure that does not happen. For now we would encourage citizens to wait until all conditions are favorable before exercising this religious freedom. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, It is best for the PRM to make all their proposed changes at once, or set the conditions for some of their laws to make sense before proposing their laws. Some laws should be proposed before others. They're not currently being proposed in a sensible order, leaving the citizens and lawyers confused. -- Kurt Norstavan, Justice Minister ----- OOC: LOL! You love the NRM, don't you? |

Random fact: Once approved, players should copy Cultural Protocols into a bill in the debate section of their nation page, under the title of "OOC: Cultural Protocols". This bill should include links to the passed Cultural Protocol bill and the Moderation approval. |
