Bill: Restricción de donación Políticos - Political Donation Restriction Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Progressive Democratic Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3599

Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,

Currently, the absence of regulation of political contributions to politicians have allowed the upper class' influence over the political system to spread like wildfire.

In order to appropriately ensure that the influence over politicians each individual has is equal, such a campaign contribution system must be heavily regulated.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We should pass this bill. Cleaning up politics should be the goal of every good-hearted citizen. We must let not deep pockets rule our government.

MessageI concur, predictably, with the SWP. Private donations are made by large corporate entities and the wealthy, disproportionately to the Middle and Lower class.

Integrity must be maintained in this political system.
