Message | Herr Speaker, The SPD opposes this militarisation which is increasing the last six months have seen the military budget by more than 150% - in just two budgets. Tensions are high, aye and the winds of war are blowing but surely a 50% increase at most would have achieved all that is needed and at limited expense to other areas like infrastructure. As the situation stands, our magnificent army will march off to war on dust roads and cross rivers the old fashioned way since no new bridges shall be built. We also stress that diplomatic channels be fully exhausted before any military action is taken. Birgitte Raschke SPD Vice Chairwoman OOC: Whose idea was it to commit half of Dorvik troops to this GPO? BTW my party is opposed to war but I'm not. |

Message | The government assures you that the cuts are moderate and will not affect drastically our infrastructure quality. Besides the government will raise altough not by the path the SPD is proposing which would hurt more than do good. Frederick Karolinger Reichskanzler |
