Description[?]:

In order to address the citizen's growing concerns regarding the people, we, the monarchists of Balusia, do bring this bill forth. After a careful review of the law, we are uncertain as to how and why the people have allowed such uselessness to crowd the books. Our military must grow, but its morals and ethics must remain firmly in tact and should this nation go to war, Balutisan would be at the mercy of the world assemblies as its current policies are a true embarrassment to the good nature of our citizens. Perhaps the most restraining and greatest offense to everyone walking our free streets is the fact that they are policed by the soldiers of this nation, a fact that can no longer be ignored. We can only reach the conclusion that Baltusia's lack of a clear cultural and governmental leader, which my father Maximo Vega could provide for the people, though, right now, we wish only to wish wrongs. We ask the government to please address any concerns with us and please consider.

MessageThe restriction of certain practices is the foundation of modern warfare. Just because we have certain technology and abilities does not mean we should make use of it! Not only are chemical and biological weapons immoral and intolerable, but they are critically dangerous. Our soldier's lives are worth more and the chances for something going awry or our soldiers and citizens having long term damage is more critical than prolonged warfare. These changes will also force the nation's soldiers to become more skilled. Also, Article 3 will stimulate the economy and allow for civilian direction of military technology.

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself.
