This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| The PRM is staging a coup to replace the cabinet that includes members of the National Defence Front (now inactive) and the members of the National Republic Guard whom we believe unfit for a role in the National Government beyond the seats they hold. Their fierce "nationalism" is nothing more than arrogance that will prevent us from achieving true greatness as a nation. We call on the LPP and the LPL to stand with us in forming a new, better government. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, We do not mind being left out of the governing coalition. We do not mind being in Opposition. Our specific problem is how the cabinet positions are arranged. We believe that if Foreign Affairs and Finance are held by the same party, that party should also have Trade/Industry. We have also had bad experiences with LPP Presidency in the past.
