Voting deadline: June 3606
Description[?]:
We need to go back to our roots in order to maintain our identity in the future. With Popular Mandate, the Knesset here by reinstates the Yisserles family as Monarch of our Land. We also would like to see the rights of individual Mehozot protected. With the Passing of this bill: Each Mehoz will be headed by a Duke (Duchess) that is appointed by the King. The Duke will be the Head of Government and State of the Mehoz. They will control the executive of the government. Legislative power will be held by the Legislature of the Mehoz. The Legislature of each Mehoz will have the right to impeach a Duke if they find him guilty of crimes listed out in each respective Mehoz Constitution. In the instance of death, resignation, or impeachment the Legislature of the Mehoz must send a replacement to the Royal Court. If the King decides that the nomination is qualified, they will be appointed into the role as Duke. If not, they will be sent back and the Mehoz Legislature will need to choose another candidate. If the Mehoz believes the candidate is qualified but doesn't have the approval of the King, the Knesset can also vote to overrule the King's decision. Respective Mehozot have the right to legislate anything that is not directly promised to the Federal Government. The rights of each Mehoz will be respected by the other Mehozot. Any public acts (i.e. marriage licenses, driving licences, ect.) must be acknowledged and seen as legitimate by other Mehozot. Only Yehudis can become Monarchs or members of the Royal Family. Conversion is required for Goyim who wish to marry into the Royal Family. Divorced Spouses of Royals, as well as their children, are allowed to keep their titles after Divorce. Except in the cases of Adultry or Violation of the Law. |
