Message | I think the police should be allowed to carry both Lethal and non lethal munitions at all times, they will use their judgement in using either. |

Message | We think police forces should have a much less repressive and more communicative outlook if they carry no lethal weapons. These can be used by special trained forces |

Message | How would carrying both Non-lethal and lethal weaponry at all times make the police look more repressive? Our police forces have been trained to use good judgement, and will their judgement in deciding what type of munition to use. Also, If a single police unit were to stumble upon a violent criminal act in progress with only non lethal weaponry available it would have to call in a Special force unit and wait untill they respond on scene with their lethal munitions, in which time the single police unit could allready be dead or the suspects could have allready escaped, or both. DSF does not support putting our police officers in harms way while they wiat god knows how long before a special force unit arrives. Let the police carry both types of munitions and you will have our votes. |

Message | "Our police forces have been trained to use good judgement, and will their judgement in deciding what type of munition to use" ??? Our police forces have been trained to break workers struggle. DSF have not understand the lesson of Goteborg and Genoa? |

Message | DSF understands that Jakania is not Goteborg or Genoa, and the police are composed of the workers themselves. Also did the police in Goteborg or Genoa have an option to use non lethal ammunition? I dont mean to undermine the LCP's urge for revolution, but you must understand that taking an extremist violent, Maoist view on Jakanian politics is not the right way to go. The DSF supports peacefull gradual political revolution just as the CPJ does. |
