The Praetorian Prefecture shall create a non-hereditary noble class for Zardugal. The title of patrician (patricio) shall be granted by the Praetorian Prefect on behalf of the soon-to-be-elected Emperor to those Zardic citizens, both eunuchs and the "bearded ones" (non-eunuchs), that have contributed most to the nation and the Empire. The patrician title will not imply any form of governmental office or any kind of political power, but patricians shall be entitled to a large pension and will be allowed to wear aristocratic clothing.
