| As Zardugal is unable to finance its expansive military as a result of the ongoing financial crisis, we are forced to remove much of our military hardware. Dorvik has consistently been a close ally of our nation and is willing to purchase our equipment. The following shall be sold to Dorvik: six aircraft carriers, 3 destroyers, 3 heavy battle cruisers, 5 light battle cruisers, 4 minesweepers, 10 transport and supply ships, 100 fighter jets, 12 stealth bombers, for the price of $8 billion LOD. |

| Message | Since our military budget has decreased by 2/3 and crysis in Zardugal is tough selling equipment is a valid proposal. However we would propose looking for buyers also between our allies - the Augustan Empire states. ooc: 6 aircraft careers to Dorvik would mean 8 careers in Dorvik, which is quite an unrealistic number. Given earth has 20 in total, and US having 10. There is no US on Terra, thus 2/3 careers is more than enough for one nation. Other option is loan with request to demilitarize and destroy military equipment. Basically I'd say, sell 1 to Cobura, sell 1 to Dorvik, destroy 2 as prerequisites for loan, put 1 on reserve. As a result very realistic one operational career would be left. |

| Message | OOC: Well, there were tensions, but Dorvik was Zardugal's only real ally during the Southern Hemisphere War, and there was no military conflict between the two sides ever since. Also, 6 aircraft carriers in Zardugal was quite unrealistic to begin with, and as long as Dorvik does not abuse them (which, as the creator of OTAF, I highly doubt Farsun will do), I see no issue with selling the carriers to him. But if it please all sides, there shouldn't be a problem with selling them within the AE. IC: Taking into account the suggestions of our coalition partners, we are open to selling one aircraft carrier to Cobura and one to Jakania, and the rest to Dorvik for $5.5 billion LOD. |
