Message | WOW! Are you seriously going to LEGALIZE sexual intercourse in public?!?!? That's just disturbing. |
Date | 10:53:36, February 02, 2014 CET | From | Partito Democratico dei Socialisti | To | Debating the Convergenza e Unione |
Message | And why is that? Should not people be allowed to express themselves in any way they want, wherever they want, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone? Nah, because the will of the minority (45%) is so much more important, right? Conservative authoritarianism strikes again! |

Message | I'm not even going to debate you on this because it's just such a stupid topic to debate. I mean I can't take you seriously right now because I'm pretty sure you may be the only person I've ever heard support the legalization of public sex. What the hell? |

Message | I assume that means you have no arguments... the fact that you refuse to even debate this topic simply shows that you are so confident in your own policies that you simply feel no need to listen to anyone else's. The PDS supports minimum bureaucracy and minimum restrictions on the liberties of the people. If you oppose such liberties, then feel free to leave this debate, and return to your conservative echo chamber - where you apparently belong. |

Message | Furthermore, it stuns me that the Conservatives think murdering people (WMDs, death penalty etc.) is perfectly fine, but freedom of movement and expression is bad. This is just like the last nudist debate we had - just because we decriminalise nudism, does not mean everyone will run around naked. The same applies here - just because we decriminalise sexual intercourse in public, does not mean people will have sex wherever and whenever they can. |

Message | Yes I'm glad to see that your idea of moral decency hasn't improved much since the last debate. Have you ever thought of the children? What do we want them to be exposed to at a young age? Sex is not something that it is appropriate for a five year old to see. Freedom of movement and freedom of expression are not bad, rather it is the government's responsibility to guarantee both of these things; however, describing sex as expression is really pushing the envelope, and regardless sometimes moral decency has to come first. Your assertions that the Conservative Party thinks that murdering people is okay is outrageous. I mean we support fair punishment for severe crimes, and having a strong military in order to protect our citizens from getting murdered and all of a sudden we support murdering people? Get real. |
