MessageThe whole point is that people should be able to set the value as high as they want. If a government project is SO vital that they government MUST steal someone's home, then the value of the project is sufficiently high that any price determined by the victim is fair. After all, if the government doesn't think that the amount being charged is fair, it is free to give the property back to the victim and put its project somewhere else.
