MessageIn order to raise our expenses in health care and education, we need to find some money. We don't want to cut any departments budget, so by raising budgets in infrastructure and industry, we hope to gain much more money than we do right now. This could be a golden opportunity.

MessageThe only thing we should keep in mind is the future of our country and it's inhabitants. So maybe we'll come short on finances for this or the following year, but all of the sacrifices will pay off in the end. Vote yes on the budget augmentation...

We cannot afford this budget increase and we do not think it is necessary.

MessageMister Minister,

we are sure you are talented enough to find a solution. Maybe your department can talk to the other department to find money elsewhere. We are aware that noone likes his budget decreased, but eventually budgetary cuts in one dept. in order to invest in another will pay off.

Let's pass to vote.

MessageMr. Speaker,

The ministry of Finance will investigate and report its findings back to the Presidium. From there, the entire Presidium can decide where cuts or increases would be necessary.
