| Message | Herr Präsident, nuclear weapons provoke no one through their sheer existence as Frau Mensch seems to suggest. It's about responsible handling. A country like ours is well-advised to maintain a strong deterrent, less as a means of warfare, but rather as a strategical geopolitical instrument.
