| The following measures shall be implemented to strengthen our military. Article 8 shall reestablish the National Democratic Protection Squadron as an official paramilitary force under the jurisdiction of the NDHF. Men from the Orthodox Church or Hobaists may apply to join this elite army upon a declaration of loyalty to the NDHP and its leadership. All other paramilitaries are strictly prohibited. |
