MessageHerr Präsident,

Child benefit ought to be a universal benefit, available to every citizen responsible for bringing up a child. There is no better way to emphasise that our society values children and those who help to raise them.

MessageHerr Präsident,

Mr.Siegel and his cronies are the reverse Robin Hoods in this scenerio, they are stealing from poors welfare money to give to the rich. We reject that and we condemn you for this reckless spending spree with poors welfare money. When a poor family can't afford to support their children because of some twisted idea that we should somehow give welfare to rich, you will be damned because you are stealing their welfare money from them.
