This bill intends for the compliance to the Terra Free Trade & Free Markets Agreement. (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=2577) This treaty will help the country strengthen its economic strength and open up the world to foreign traders who will improve and build on our economy. The co-operation between countries will also be paramount to our country's success internationally.The passing of this act assumes similar acceptance of the treaty. |
