This bill hereby organises Local Governments into the following: Councils; of which a council for each city. Federal Capital Zone; a unique area, where the powers devolved are controlled by the government in this location. The bill further devolves many powers to the Local Governments cited below. This bill also changes "Karzonpils Fortress" into "Great Citadel of Karzonpils" and "Karlis" to "Karlis, FCZ" |
