MessageWe support this bill but would like clarification on its reporting to the Police High Command. If, as the NRG has corrupted the justice system with pure militancy, there is no Constabulary, how do we have a High Command?

The Minister of Internal Affairs is being backed and controlled by the Police High Command.
He will justify his actions and decisions concerning MIC.
In case of certain uncertainties, or if something needs to be clarified, the Minister of Internal Affairs will direct his questions to the Police High Command on behalf of MIC.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We are happy to know that the Internal Affairs Minister will consult the Police High Command instead of taking action on his own.
