Bill: Social Reform Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Left Coalition

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 3634

Description[?]:

This Bill introduces other parts of the Left Party's manifesto. We would ideally like to see all of these articles passed. However, recognising that we failed to win a majority in the previous elections. and thus we are unable to pass our manifesto outright, we would ask the Liberal Socialist Party and the Liberal Democratic Party to indicate which articles they would not support, and they may be removed or watered down prior to this bill being put to a vote.

MessageThe Liberal Democratic Party is strongly against nationalization of major industries. We don't want state-owned banks. We want to preserve private schools, agriculture operations, defense industries and other major industries.

MessageThis bill has been put to an indicative vote. If it fails, I will reintroduce the articles as separate bills so that parties may vote on each matter as they see fit.
