| Religious freedom is an absolute right - provided that citizens practicing other religions than Christianity pay the Silver Tax (a levy of ten pounds of silver per head every year). Citizens not paying the tax will be offered an opportunity to convert to Christianity or suffer decapitation. Christians do not have to pay the Silver Tax. |
