| The increased frequency of terrorism and crime has long since plagued our great nation, and a lack of action has only made the problem worse. Therefore, this bill aims to help eliminate internal threats to the government by easing restrictions on what can be done about it. Police (with the abilities this bill grants them) can tap into phone-lines, search homes lacking warrants, detain suspicious persons freely, or do anything else in the name of obtaining evidence regarding a crime case. Criminals also lose voting rights to protect the state from being influenced by those who seek to corrupt our society. Criminals can be denied anything else as well if the state feels that they don't need or deserve it. Finally, law enforcement activity is to be improved as a preventive measure against future crime. |
