MessageArticle 1 seems acceptable to us. As for Article 2, we believe that by subcontracting semi-military control to private groups--obviously under the supervision of the government--we are offering a more effective way for our Military to develop, as these groups have better conditions to invest and work on research and technology. The government has to divide the attention and the money among all other sectors meanwhile a company will focus on only one sector and work on it, which one do you think will get the most productive result? Not to mention, among other things, this is also a way to promote economical growth. Therefore, we vote for Article 1 but reject Article 2.

MessageWe believe that the military should be a tool of the government and the government alone, but in the interest of passing Article 1, we will remove article 2.

MessageBut it is still a tool of the government as it still oversees the operations of the Military and the private company responsible for it.

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play.

Random quote: "The answer to global warming is in the abolition of private property and production for human need. A socialist world would place an enormous priority on alternative energy sources. This is what ecologically-minded socialists have been exploring for quite some time now." - Louis Proyect
